Chaos Texture is the end result of fifteen years of creative engineering, hyper fixation, and single-minded determination.We are an indie-games studio founded by a world-class team of creators who simply don't know when enough is enough.It would be our honor if you were to embrace the chaos with us as we seek to tell the stories that we would like to hear.

Chaos Texture was born from the ashes of audio production outfits Intermine Studios and Studio Intermine. In the Summer of 2022, Creative Director & Founder James David Herd and Art Director A Sleepy Witch's Atelier decided to collaborate in an effort to bring a story fifteen years in the making to life, at long last.

James David Herd

James is the Creative Director of Chaos Texture. He is the creator of The Intermine Legacy, which he’s been developing and expanding over the course of fifteen years. You may know him as pixcelation, which is the mask he's cultivated to talk weebshit on the internet.

Art Director

A Sleepy Witch's Atelier

Sleepy is the art director for Chaos Texture. Together with James, they've been working on bringing the ideas behind Intermine to life. A lifetime of passion for art that sparked in childhood mixed with nerdy tendencies has led them to a creative career in the lands of both digital and traditional.

Casting Director

Kiba Walker

Kiba Walker is the casting director for Chaos Texture. He is a voice actor and director based out of Dallas, known for work on My Hero Academia, Haikyuu!!, Genshin Impact, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, One Piece, and much more!

THE INTERMINE LEGACY: I AM THE DARKNESS

Deep underground, nestled in the remains of a post-apocalyptic American South, rests a cryogenic facility called Intermine Laboratories. In this miniscule piece of frost-stricken hell rests a collective of eclectic individuals who are inexplicably awoken from their restless dreams long before their assigned time.But, the facility has changed in the time since they've gone to sleep. It's become a fascistic nightmare in the wake of a gruesome civil war, and everywhere they go ... it feels like they're being watched. To add insult to injury, some of them have started acting ... funny ...
